1. Brief
Four terraced houses, with parking at the front and gardens.
2. Challenge
The site is in a Conservation Area and overlooked by a number of properties. 
3. Goal
Sympathetic design and use of materials to be in keeping with the surrounding area.

4. Unique Solution
During the build, while standing at roof level, the elevated height has a good view. The dormer windows were approved at Planning and extra bedrooms were created. 
Sustainability
Reclaimed London yellow stock bricks were used and reclaimed slate for the roof finish.
