1. Brief

Remodel and extend the Lower and Upper Ground Floors, with a new WC on the Upper Ground Floor. 

2. Challenges

There were a series of rooms within rooms, which is a fire hazard. Approval was required from The Dulwich Estate Scheme of Management. 

3. Goal

Improve the circulation and allow more light into the Lower Ground Floor.
