1. Brief
7 Bedroom house with a basement swimming pool and integral double garage. 
2. Challenge
To achieve a high enough GIA, to give a feasible return on investment, for a replacement house. 
3. Goal
To detail the front elevation with the authenticity of the Arts and Crafts period.

4. Unique Solution
Arts and Crafts precedents were drawn upon to create a building that is familiar, yet individual.
